Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to this booking.
The tenant must realize that this holiday home is from a private individual and will therefore behave accordingly. This also means that the tenant does not cause a nuisance for immediate neighbors and surroundings. Under the rented apartment is meant the relevant house with balcony and inventory. The tenant is the person who enters into this rental agreement. The tenant is also understood to include the person who has entered into the rental agreement on behalf or on behalf of the tenant.

Arrival and departure

Check-in: from 15.00 PM

Check out: before 10.30 AM

Number of persons

The number of persons agreed in the reservation confirmation may not be exceeded.
– There is normally 4 people for the apartment. (possibly 2 additional persons in consultation)

Insurances

No refund will be made in the event of cancellation, therefore is recommended to take out a possible cancellation insurance yourself.

We would like to point out that the doors must be closed when you leave the house. This is to protect your personal belongings and those of the owner of the apartment. The building insurance usually does not provide cover for burglaries, in which it later appears that the house was not properly closed. Owner is not liable for any damage due to negligence tenant.

Payment

After your reservation a deposit of 50% of the total amount will be requested within a certain period of time (usually 48 hours) After receipt of payment your booking will be validated.

The remaining amount must be transferred 1 week before arrival to the following account number:

For last minute bookings, the entire amount must be paid in cash on arrival.

Final cleaning

Although the tenant has paid the amount of 100 euros for final cleaning, the tenant must leave the house, kitchen, bathroom and toilet tidy behind.
Properaanzee is entitled to withhold part of the deposit as extra cleaning costs if the tenant remains in default.

Deposit

The deposit we charge for the apartment is € 150, – This will be returned to you after checking the stay if the apartment is left tidy and complete.
Any costs incurred to repair the damage of the tenant in the apartment will be settled with the deposit. (in case of serious damage the tenant will be held liable for this)

Cancelations

No refund will be made on departure earlier than the booked departure date.

Others

To park your car you can buy a parking ticket yourself at the nearby covered parking garage, costs € 35 per week.
Owner of the apartment is not liable for damage and accidents in and outside the apartment.
Dutch law applies to the rental agreement. Prices subject to errors.

Regulations

Below are a few household regulations, we kindly ask you to respect these regulations.

  • Please do not move the furniture, this can lead to damage and wear of the furniture.
  • Inside furniture may not be moved outside.
  • Please do not deposit tampons, sanitary towels, diapers through the toilet. Deposit these in the appropriate waste bin.
  • Please do not flush any grease or food remains through the drain of the sink or through a toilet, this can lead to clogging.
  • Required to take off bedding on the beds. (Costs 15 euros per person extra with your reservation) Towels are free!
  • Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
  • Bringing pets to the apartment is not permitted.
  • Always report any damage.
  • Upon departure, the tenant must remove glass, paper and plastic from the apartment and deposit these in designated containers on public roads.
  • Dishwasher empty on departure.
  • Due to safety reasons, children under 4 years of age are not allowed. The apartment is not suitable for strollers, bicycles and the like. These are therefore not allowed to be placed in the apartment.
  • After 22:00, noise should be kept to a minimum.
  • No batchelor parties.
  • Minimum check-in age 21 years.
